The business critical ERP software was hosted in AWS and supported from Australia, US and Austria with e-commerce support and hosting in India. The new software underpins sales, fulfilment, customer service and accounting departments – all critical areas of the business which needed to be protected from IT issues or poor performance.
With existing software nearing end of life, Traxx were keen to complete the project within 3months. Ensuring performance to all global locations and securing the companies data were key – a challenge faced by most companies adopting cloud technology.
